Texas BBQ Disaster

I went to eat some great Texas BBQ at The Salt Lick the other night.  Unfortunately, this was my view.  I kept trying to get my friends to sit across from me to block the view, but they wouldn't, always sitting off to the side.  Needless to say, it might have been the only time that I did not enjoy a meal at The Salt Lick!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Wings

I love bacon and I love smoking meats.  This is the result!!!  DELICIOUS!

I really need to open up a Barbecue Restaurant!
