Anushka with SS Rajamouli and Prabhas

Anushka is eagerly waiting for the release of Alex Pandian on January 12^th. She pairs opposite Karthi in this masala entertainer. Her other movies in 2013 include Singam 2 opposite Suriya and Selvaraghavan’s Irandam Ulagam, which is expected to be a fantasy entertainer in a period setting.

In Telugu, she is next looking to start shooting for two period flicks – one about Rani Rudrama Devi and the other with SS Rajamouli and Prabhas.

SS Rajamouli is almost certain to work with Anushka on this period film with Prabhas and an official statement is awaited. Anushka has already been a part of the mighty successful period film, Arundhati, and her tryst with such films is set to continue.

Attending the audio release function of 'Mirchi', Prabhas surprised one and all with that look. Some say that he just came casually for the event without getting groomed. Few people felt that it might be the look he is going to don in Rajamouli's upcoming movie. Anyways, Prabhas has experimented again, this time not with just look but with the thoughts of fans too. Coming to 'Mirchi', Prabhas' looks are as dashing as ever and the film is looking like a treat to his mass and class fans once again. 

Prabhas & Rana as Brothers in Rajnmouli's Movie

After Venkatesh triggering the multi starrer trend in Tollywood, now his nephew Rana will continue it. Director SS Rajamouli has oped in Rana to play the brother character of Prabhas in the new untitled film tobegin from February, 2013. 

Although Prabhas will be hero of movie, sources say that Rana will do the negative character and there will be high voltage action episodesbetween these two towering personalities.

Rajamouli team is on pre-production works for this Rs.70 crores budgeted periodic film to be made as Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Remaining cast and crew will be finalized soon as producers Devineni Prasad and K. Raghavendra Rao are leaving no stone unturned to make this a South industry hit. If Mahesh is the brother to Venkatesh then Rana becomes sibling to Prabhas.
